The Outrigger Motel
Our Management requests your cooperation in observing the following as an agreement between our guests and The Outrigger. Doing so ensures that your stay is an enjoyable experience that you’ll want to have time after time.
Check In: 2 PM Check Out: 11 AM
A VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF CHECK IN.
At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out day. Rates quotes are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, daily price is subject to change. Please refer to our cancellation policy regarding any possible refund due.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Reservation rates and fees are estimated based on current taxes (Tax 6.5% & Grove Tourism Fee 5% per room, per day) and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.
Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
- A valid Credit Card is required to be kept on file for this reservation. Free cancellation 24 hours before check in date and time. Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for one night’s stay.
- A hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
- If possession of the room has not been returned to Hotel Staff prior to the 11 AM check out time, your reservation will automatically be extended for that day and will be billed accordingly.
- If you would like to extend your reservation, we ask that you make that arrangement with hotel staff prior to the scheduled check out time. Extensions are granted upon availability.
- Pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. No lifeguard is on duty. Please read and adhere to all rules posted regarding pool safety and liability.
- We have select handicap rooms available but are not guaranteed. If you need this accommodation please advise hotel staff at the time of booking.
- We do not allow pets. Any pets found in the guests’ room will result in a $250 fine. Smoking in the room will also result in a $250 fine.
- Upon the expiration of a reservation, the Management shall have the right to remove a guest and his/her belongings from the room so occupied, if the guest fails to vacate upon checkout.
